Cruisin’ 2 Freedom Car Cruise & Dinner Â
When does a classic SoCal pastime pursuit become a chance to fight evil? When it’s the annual Cruisin’ 2 Freedom Car Cruise, Car Show, and Dinner coming to Orange County, California, on Saturday, January 18, 2025. This unique fundraiser relies on its rolling arsenal to combat human trafficking worldwide through the Slave 2 Nothing® Foundation.
It’s About Cars
You’re invited to marvel at or bring your own classic Chevrolet hot rod, souped-up Dodge roadster, powerful Ford muscle car, or modern Ferrari exotic. If you’re registering a vehicle, you’ll be asked to provide the year, make, and model because organizers want to highlight traditional car-cruise vehicles. Parking your car starts, first-come, first-served, at 10:30 a.m. at the Huntington Beach City Parking lot at the corner of Huntington Street and Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).
Showing Off
The public display runs from 1 to 3 PM. And then the hour-long cruising starts to the cheers of spectators lining PCH and the rest of the route toward the Orange County Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa, where guests can enjoy dinner from another SoCal classic: the In-N-Out Cookout Truck Team of Associates, who will be serving your Double-Double® made fresh to order.
Featured speakers include Laila Mickelwait, Co-Founder and CEO of the Justice Defense Fund, which fights online sexual crime, and Benjamin Nolot, founder of the non-profit organization Exodus Cry, which is committed to abolishing trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. The event also includes special giveaways via a raffle and an auction that welcomes silent and live bids. Capping off the evening is a commemorative T-shirt and gift.
Joining Up
You can join this event through three ticket levels.
Sponsorships are also available that include multiple car entries, dinners, special gifts, and In-N-Out Double-Double® Burger Cards.
Who Benefits
All money raised from this wonderful event goes directly to support organizations that fight against human trafficking via the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, which has raised over $10 million for the effort. This non-profit organization is totally dedicated to educating the public about and creating solutions for human trafficking.
“We’re excited to host our special event, Cruisin’ 2 Freedom, where we’ll come together to enjoy In-N-Out’s car culture, but, more importantly, collectively serve in the fight against human trafficking,” says Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson, co-founder of the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation and co-owner of In-N-Out Burger®. “It’s my hope that we raise greater awareness and efforts to rescue victims, help heal them and their families, protect those at risk, and set them on their feet again with hope.”
